Status: Prototyping Stage

New kitten owners often feel overwhelmed with the responsibilities of pet care, leading to stress and potential health issues for their pets.

Our Approach:

• Conducted market research and user interviews
• Completed product management stages, including Blue Ocean strategy
• Developed a comprehensive feature set based on user needs

Key Features:

• Weight tracking
• Vet appointment reminders
• Food and allergy logging
• Toy and play tracking
• Milestone recording

Current Stage:

We’re finalizing the prototype design before moving to the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development phase.

Next Steps:

User testing of the prototype, followed by MVP development and beta launch.
